Weekend with Mommy

As most of you know, Big John is on a 11 days in Virginia, 3 days at home schedule at least until the end of February. Tuesday was the beginning of our first 11 day stretch so I was solo this weekend. It actually went pretty well aside from Little John puking all over the couch Saturday night. The boys had fun hanging out with me but I am fairly confident that Daddy is sorely missed. We are looking forward to him coming home on Thursday night!

Things have been a little nuts around here so I have totally slacked off with my blogging. Below are two pictures I took a few weekends ago while Big John attempted to install my new dryer.

The Blue Room

In the throws of potty training desperation this summer, we promised Little John we would paint his room if he pooped on the potty. We finally had to ante up and paint his room. It went fairly well. We learned the lesson that no matter how good your three year old is he should not be allowed to paint. Little John is thrilled with his "Spiderman blue" room and Spidermanstickers.
